This Shipping Policy governs all orders placed with Bespoke Builds Computers (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Coverage & Costs

  • Canada:
    Standard shipping within Canada is provided free of charge, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

  • International Orders:
    Shipping costs for destinations outside Canada vary based on location, carrier, package size, and selected service level. All applicable shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to purchase.

Shipping fees, once paid, are non-refundable.

Shipping Estimates & Delivery Timeframes

All delivery dates, timeframes, and shipping estimates displayed at checkout, in confirmation emails, or communicated by us are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee or contractual obligation.

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier operational delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs inspections or clearance delays

  • Mechanical failures

  • High shipping volumes

  • Acts of God or force majeure events

Bespoke Builds Computers shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery, regardless of cause.

Express & Next-Day Shipping Disclaimer

If you select express, priority, or next-day shipping, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • Express shipping refers to carrier service level, not guaranteed delivery.

  • Bespoke Builds Computers does not guarantee delivery dates or times, even for express services.

  • Any failure by the carrier to meet estimated express delivery timelines is solely the responsibility of the carrier.

  • Shipping fees, including express or next-day charges, are non-refundable once the order has shipped, regardless of carrier delay or error.

No refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued for delayed express shipments.

Order Processing & Shipment Release

Shipping timeframes begin only after an order has completed processing and has been released to the carrier. Processing and build times vary and are not included in shipping estimates.

We reserve the right to delay shipment due to:

  • Component availability

  • Quality control procedures

  • Order verification or fraud prevention checks

International Duties, Taxes & Customs

For international shipments:

  • The customer is fully responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

  • We do not collect or estimate these fees.

  • We are not responsible for delays, holds, seizures, or refusals caused by customs authorities.

Failure to pay required customs fees may result in the shipment being delayed, returned, or destroyed, with no refund issued.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Packages delivered to the address provided by the customer

  • Additional fees incurred to reroute or reship an order

Any reshipment costs resulting from address errors are the customer’s responsibility.

Risk of Loss & Title

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to the customer upon transfer of the shipment to the carrier, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or the carrier’s marked delivery date. Failure to report within this timeframe may void any potential claim.

We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether assistance with a carrier claim will be provided.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bespoke Builds Computers shall not be liable for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Missed delivery dates

  • Carrier errors

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delayed or failed delivery

Policy Acceptance

By placing an order with Bespoke Builds Computers, you explicitly agree to this Shipping Policy in full.
